The Client

Firstly, Harper Salon, a then, up and coming, Los Angeles hair salon needed a video that helped promote their business.  Additionally, to convey their message of conservation, recycling and reducing waste in the hair salon world. The owners Nikki Pittam, Carla Gentile and Nicole Hartman-Gelfand transformed a large space on Melrose avenue in the heart of Hollywood into a beautiful and state of the art hair salon.

The Mission

Secondly, they felt what set them apart was their collaboration with Green Circle Salons ,a cutting edge salon solution to the 866 pounds of hair waste that goes to the dump every second. Harper Salon and Green Circle want to “empower salons to offset their emissions and recover up to 95% of their beauty waste.”
